Advisory is separate from editorial. Always. A client cannot buy coverage, silence, a dossier, or a forecast outcome. Dossiers are never sent to the parties cited in them; advisory clients are never cited parties on the same matter. Conflicts, when they arise, are declared or the commission is refused. Fees never touch the register. Private forecasts never enter it: the public register is the proof of method, the ring sells its application — and where a private question overlaps a public entry, the public entry prevails. È la scala dichiarata dell'operazione e, per le domande che accetta, la sua forza: una firma che risponde, un registro che si verifica.

04 · Capacity · capacità dichiarata

Delivery windows are fixed in the mandate, never implied. Intake is capped: this desk runs a maximum of three concurrent retainers and, in any quarter, a limited number of one-off mandates. Where a window cannot be met, the mandate is declined rather than accepted and delayed. Current notice: reduced intake between September 2026 and February 2027 — existing mandates are unaffected, new one-off work is scheduled from March 2027 unless the scope fits an earlier window agreed in writing.
