Technical systems may support collection, normalization, correlation, routing and synthesis. They do not autonomously set editorial theses or acquire publication authority. Evidence provenance and relevant processing steps remain subject to FP3 Method, review and governance controls.

Health checks, bounded retries, source quarantine, recovery events and repair of stalled tasks without silently deleting Evidence or rewriting history.
09 · Commercial Separation
Client work, opportunity intelligence and commissioned mandates remain structurally separated from the public forecast register and editorial validation.
10 · Corrections & Audit
Material corrections are append-only where possible, attributable and reviewable. Outcomes feed the calibration record and governance memory.
Operational tools can observe, classify, correlate, route, draft and escalate. No automated step can independently convert a candidate into an official FP3 thesis, forecast, dossier or publication. Final publication authority remains human and identified. The workflow separates production, review and publication while concentrating accountability where the law and editorial ethics require it.
