FP3 BROADCAST is not a television schedule. It is the Previsioni & Riscontri register given a voice. Two formats, one edition: TGNEWS is the bulletin, published in full as broadcast; RADIO is the same edition in listen-only form. One production, two ways to receive it.

L’Unità Intelligence Analysis

FP3NEWS · FREEPRESS3NEWS è un’agenzia di stampa registrata, edita da MODENART SRLS. Direttore Responsabile: Iacopo Mutascio, che firma ogni contenuto trasmesso. L’Unità Intelligence Analysis è la redazione che produce i dossier da cui nascono le puntate.

Come nasce una puntata. Fonti aperte, graduate per affidabilità. Da esse nasce un dossier PULSE INSIDER: datato, protocollato, pubblicato per intero e leggibile da chiunque. Dentro ogni dossier ci sono previsioni, e ciascuna porta una probabilità, una finestra temporale e un criterio di riscontro scritto prima che l’esito esista. Tutto entra nel registro pubblico. Quando una previsione si risolve — confermata o smentita — il riscontro è pubblicato con la stessa evidenza dell’annuncio. È la regola della simmetria, e non ha eccezioni.

Che cosa vedete in video. La presentatrice e la voce sono generate con intelligenza artificiale e dichiarate come tali, in video e in pagina, ai sensi dell’art. 50 del Reg. UE 2024/1689. Non riproducono alcuna persona reale. Sono un mezzo, non una fonte: i testi, la selezione, la regia e la responsabilità editoriale sono umani e portano un nome.

The Intelligence & Analytic Study Unit — the analytic unit inside FP3NEWS, not a separate entity — is the desk that produces the dossiers the episodes are drawn from.

How an episode is made. Open sources, graded for reliability. From them comes a PULSE INSIDER dossier: dated, protocolled, published in full and readable by anyone. Inside each dossier are forecasts, and each carries a probability, a time window and a resolution criterion written before the outcome exists. All of it enters the public register. When a forecast resolves — confirmed or missed — the outcome is published with the same prominence as the announcement. That is the symmetry rule, and it has no exceptions.

What you see on screen. The presenter and the voice are AI-generated and declared as such, on screen and on the page, under Art. 50 of EU Reg. 2024/1689. They reproduce no real person. They are a medium, not a source: the texts, the selection, the direction and the editorial responsibility are human and carry a name.

The studio is the register.

One set, every episode: deep blue-anthracite, the Forecast Radar of Previsioni & Riscontri animated behind the anchor as the main scenography, gold rules, a live lower-third ticker carrying the day’s register entries. When an episode covers a dossier that has an FP3 CINEMA teaser, the teaser opens the episode as a 3–5 second cold-open and then runs muted on the studio’s side screen — never as a full-screen background. Every quoted claim carries a bilingual lower third with its source code and date (e.g. Source · PI-012 · R · dated). The corner mark ◓ AIAI-GENERATED PRESENTER · DECLARED never leaves the screen.

Non un bollettino meteo e non una rubrica di allarmi: il registro delle previsioni della testata, applicato all’ambiente. Ogni voce nasce dentro un dossier pubblicato e datato — per questa rete, Convergenza Critica — e porta scritti prima dell’esito la probabilità, la banda e il criterio che la conferma o la smentisce. La linea editoriale è sugli orizzonti brevi: dato mensile europeo, stagione, scadenza amministrativa a data certa. Le voci al 2028–2031 restano nel dossier come alberi di scenario, non come palinsesto.
