No claim constitutes a statement of fact beyond what is explicitly attributed and sourced.
Forecasting notice & methodology disclosure. Probability-weighted scenarios carry declared confidence levels and pre-committed resolution criteria under the Institute's analytical framework (AEGIS Protocol™, current release v6.1). Confidence reflects the solidity of the inferential chain at time of publication, not certainty of outcome. Forecasts are logged in an internal Calibration Ledger with ex-post verification. Full methodology documentation is available under written non-disclosure agreement upon formal due-diligence request addressed to

Intellectual property — AEGIS Protocol™ & BQI. The analytical framework AEGIS Protocol™ (current release v6.1, issued 18 April 2026, patched 21 April 2026) and the Buyer Quality Index (BQI™) are proprietary methodologies conceived and developed by Iacopo Mutascio and held by MODENART SRLS. The framework, its integral documentation, internal operating procedures, grading conventions beyond the public Admiralty scale, scenario construction protocols and calibration methodology are protected under L. 633/1941 (copyright), D.lgs. 30/2005, artt. 98-99 (trade secrets / segreto industriale) and Directive (EU) 2016/943. Integral disclosure of the framework occurs exclusively subject to a written non-disclosure agreement, in response to a formal due-diligence request. The following are expressly prohibited: total or partial reproduction, adaptation, derivative use, reverse engineering of the framework from published output, and any unauthorised use of the denominations AEGIS, AEGIS Protocol, BQI or confusingly similar variants. Editorial mention of the framework within Institute publications does not constitute a licence of use. Reproduction, redistribution or derivative use of restricted papers without written authorisation is prohibited.
Limitation of liability & jurisdiction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FP3NEWS, FP3 Intelligence Institute, MODENART SRLS and the Editor-in-Chief shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from reliance on editorial content.
