Each paper is produced under the full Institute methodology: probability-weighted scenarios, pre-committed resolution criteria, red-team protocol, calibration tracking. Distribution is handled directly by the Director, case by case, based on professional relevance and distribution discipline.

Note on numbering: the public series begins at N°002. Paper N°001 was produced for internal distribution and is not part of the public archive sequence.
